Former president of Atlantic Irrigation, Ed Santalone, a long-time Putnam resident, recently joined the Putnam County Business Council leadership team. As a C-Suite level member, Ed is interested in contributing to the economic growth, development, and stability of Putnam County.
After selling his business two years ago, Ed pursued his current business venture as a commercial real estate investor. He recently added 1875 Route Six to his investment portfolio. The second floor of the 12,000 square-foot Carmel office building is currently occupied by the Carmel VA Clinic and law firm Costello & Folchetti.
Previously leased to Sterling Bank, the first-floor space is currently available for lease in a high traffic shopping location.
“I see a lot of potential for growth in Putnam County without impacting our standard of living. I’m excited to be a part of an organization that is poised to push this mission forward.” — Ed Santalone
Ed’s commitment to the community goes way back. He coached for Kent Recreation for many years and continues to serve as an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop One in Carmel — Both of Ed’s sons are Eagle Scouts.
