Restaurants in regions approved for Phase II reopening are allowed to have open outdoor seating starting today.

Signage Available for Reopening Businesses

As New York State continues to reopen in phases, businesses need to comply with the rules, regulations, and policies mandated by NYS. Informing staff and customers of safety measures is a priority. The Business Council of NY has created downloadable signage that businesses may use to communicate various safety protocols, such mask-wearing and social distancing reminders. Please view, download, and use the signage during your reopening.
