Putnam County Business Council (PCBC) Founding Member Marj Ciucci has been an influential voice, board member, and trusted advisor to the Business Council for the past 10 years.
Marj is a Senior Benefits Consultant with Lawley Insurance (Mahopac), a top 50 independently-owned insurance firm based in Buffalo, New York. Prior to joining Lawley in 2018, Marj headed up her own WBE-certified Insurance Brokerage, MAC Creative Plan Solutions for 17 years.

With designations in Long Term Care, Voluntary Benefits, Medicare Policies, and Group Disability Insurance, Marj works with clients of all sizes to design, shop, and implement employee benefit packages.

In addition to her service to the PCBC as a board member and C-Suite level leader, Marj serves on the board of The Westchester Putnam United Way.
Marj and her family, including husband Lou and sons Stephen and Joseph, are long-time residents of Mahopac. Her husband owns Grand Central Market in the Town of Somers.
